About this website

Bestmart is a supermarket in Hamra, Spears, Beirut. This website presents the upcoming online shopping experience. You can browse products, search and filter, and prepare a basket on your device.

Online ordering is not yet open

Adding an item to a basket does not reserve stock, create an order or form a purchase contract. This website does not currently accept online payments or register customer accounts. No purchase is completed through this pre-launch website.

Products, pictures and prices

The catalog is a preview assortment. Photographs are reference images; packaging, sizes, prices and availability may differ from the store’s live range. Displayed prices and quantities are for review, not a confirmed offer of sale. Contact Bestmart to check current in-store availability and prices.

Promotions

The first-order 15% promotion is planned for the online launch and is not active on this preview. Eligibility, dates, any minimum spend, maximum saving and exclusions will be published before the offer becomes available.

Pickup, delivery and store hours

The physical supermarket is open 24/7. These hours are separate from online pickup and delivery availability. Service areas, fees, preparation times and delivery estimates will be displayed before ordering opens. Selecting a preference now does not book a pickup or delivery.

Returns and support

For help with an in-store purchase, contact Bestmart with your receipt and product details. Online cancellation, substitution and refund terms will be available before online sales begin. Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights that apply under applicable law.

Please use this service lawfully and respect the store’s contact channels. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
