Browsing this website

The website host processes technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, time of access and browser information, to deliver pages, maintain service and investigate errors. Hosting providers and authorized website administrators can access technical logs. Log retention follows the hosting system’s rotation and operational settings; contact Bestmart with questions about access or deletion.

Your basket, favorites and shopping preference

The website saves your basket, favorite products and pickup or delivery preference in your browser’s local storage. This lets them remain available when you refresh or return using the same browser. These selections are not submitted as an order or synchronized to a customer account.

This storage has no automatic expiry. You can remove items from your basket or favorites, change your preference, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings. Clearing site data resets the saved basket, favorites and preference. The storefront does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers.

Accounts and payments

Registration, sign-in, online orders and payments are not open. Account fields are unavailable; no credentials or card details are collected through them. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details through WhatsApp.

WhatsApp opens only when you choose its link. If you send a message, the store receives what you choose to share, which may include your phone number, profile information and message. Bestmart uses messages to respond to your enquiry. Contact the store about information you have shared there. WhatsApp operates under its own privacy policy.

Social profiles and store location

Instagram, TikTok and Google location links open their respective services when you choose them. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies. Their feeds, maps and tracking scripts are not embedded in this storefront.
